“Having Pilar as my Qualified Supervisor (QS) has been a dream! She is very organized, supportive and always gives great feedback on challenging situations. I graduated from social work school in May and can’t think of a better mentor to help me as a new clinician! I would highly recommend having her as your QS.”
- E.F., MSW, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
“Pilar Siman is a wonderful presenter. Her workshop on sandtray therapy was very informative and she presented the information in an easy-to-learn and engaging way. I would recommend her workshops to anyone.”
- S.H., Clinical Psychologist
"My time learning under Pilar at FIU’s Counseling Center was fun, challenging, comforting, inspiring, and confirmed my passion for clinical social work. Also, as a queer non-binary person who goes by they/them pronouns, Pilar was an advocate for me in the space when I would sometimes be misgendered by colleagues and clients. " -M.B.L., MSW, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
